Fees
Our turnkey management fees are 5% to 6% of gross revenues depending on the project. We also charge a set up fee depending upon the status of the property. The fee will be returned after 12 months.
Our management contract is on a month to month basis so an owner can "fire" us with 30 days notice if he or she is not satisfied with our services.
You can find companies that will manage for less but you need to determine why they are cheaper. We can give you an "apples to apples" comparison to help you make a decision as to which management company to hire.
Our consulting fees are on an hourly or project basis. Ask for a proposal.
