This is a view of the facility from the highway. We have been working for months to get some signage approved by the County but we are stuck on appeal.

Even without adequate signage, we've managed to increase occupancy from 55% when we took over this facility in January of this year, to almost 90% by the end of July (excluding wine storage which is under construction).

How did we do it? Primarily with a great new staff as well as new name, logo, website and Yellow Pages ad - pretty much a total makeover (except without signage).
